What is your plan?
Do you have a plan?
What types of exercise do you like?
Do you like going to the gym? Working out at home? Or getting your exercise outside?
Do you like variety in your workout?
What sort of budget do you have to have a membership somewhere (if inside is your preference)?
Can you hold yourself accountable by using some sort of exercise journal or calendar?
Would you like a workout buddy for company, as well as to help hold you accountable?
Is a personal trainer someone you want to consider hiring?
What are your goals? Do you want to lose weight? Maintain your current weight? Tone up? Shred down and get ripped? Do you want to enter your beautiful body in a muscle show?
In my opinion, these are questions to consider when trying to implement a No-Fail plan! After answering these questions, let’s talk! I can help point you in the right direction to help you reach your goals.
But in the meantime, I heard the best advice I have heard in quite awhile the other day from one of my favorite teachers, Gabby Bernstein.
Just move! Move your body everyday in some way. Maybe you take a walk; do a circuit of 15 knee ups, 15 jumping jacks and 15 burpees (15 second rests between each exercise, working up to 3 rounds); maybe you turn on and do a yoga video or a beach body video in the comfort of your own home. Whatever you do, our body was meant to move so just try to get some kind of movement each and everyday!
Find your light…over and over and over again!
